Paypal is accepted for the customers willing to use the credit cards and international clients. Shipping is done by insured
priority mail or registered mail. For international customers, Fedex, UPS or express insured mail is recommended.
As all items are insured, any claims for damaged merchandise is to be done with the carrier. We pack very well the merchandise,
so very rarely we hear about a damaged item in transit. Our merchandise is accurately represented and any return based on
mis-representation should be substantiated by a testimony of an expert of the contrary. Occasionally, we allow a credit for
an item that is desired to be returned and this credit is to be applied for the purchase of an item of identical or higher
value than the item to be returned. The refund applies only to the cost of the item as shipping and insurance are not
refundable.
The personal checks and money orders need to clear our bank prior shipping the merchandise.
We notify by email the details as receiving the payments, shipping and tracking number of the shipment, the carrier,
etc.
